Processing time

We prefer batching our making process and all made-to-order art will take at least 4 weeks to create and dispatch. It's just us, two sets of hands and we need time to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Shipping charges are included unless mentioned otherwise. 

Returns and exchange policy

Because of the unique nature of these items, we do not accept exchange or return, unless the products have arrived damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged product please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and I will initiate a return for the damaged piece. 

All items must be returned in unused condition with original packing. I will check the item upon receipt and issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 days.

Each piece is crafted from natural wood and thereafter finished by hand. The items you receive are not the result of mass production and each one is unique. The colors and grain of the wood may vary.
